Welcome to REO Detailing. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website [www.reodetailing.co.uk] and our services.  Entering REO Detailing's premises or mobile work area, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.  These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by REO Detailing, whether mobile or at a physical site.  By making a booking or entering the premises, you are confirming your acceptance of these terms.  If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services selected during the booking process will include only the items clearly stated on our website unless:    

       You request additional services in advance, and REO Detailing has confirmed these in writing or at the time of service.     

What we provide is professional mobile car detailing and valeting services, including but not limited to:

• Exterior detailing
• Interior detailing 
• Ceramic coatings 
• Paint Correction
• Underbody rust protection 
• Maintenance washes
   

Each service pricing shown online or via quote is subject to change based on the actual condition of the vehicle (e.g. excessive dirt, pet hair, heavy soiling, overspray, etc.), subject to availability and may vary based on your vehicle type and condition.

• All bookings can be made online, via phone, or through social media.
• A confirmation message will be sent once your appointment is secured.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit (if taken).
• You can reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.

All prices listed on the site are starting prices and may vary depending on the condition and size of your vehicle.

Accepted Payment Methods:

Payment must be completed on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount may vary based on the service level or booking method.      

• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made on the same day of the appointment. 

• Some services (e.g., ceramic coating) may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. This amount will be deducted from your final invoice.

• The customer must ensure safe and legal access to the vehicle.
• The vehicle must be unlocked and all valuables removed.
• We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle during the service.
• The customer must ensure access to the vehicle at the agreed time and location.      
• All valuables must be removed from the vehicle before service begins. 
• REO Detailing is not responsible for:          

                         Lost or damaged personal items        

                         Pre-existing damage or faults on the vehicle          

                         Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to detailing      

While all care is taken, REO Detailing accepts no liability for:         

• Damage caused by deteriorated paint, trims, or materials          
• Pre-existing corrosion, chips, scratches, or loose parts        
•  Issues arising from aftermarket modifications or accessories  

By booking a service with REO Detailing, the customer agrees that:          

• They will not hold REO Detailing liable for any accidental damage unless caused by proven negligence. 
• All work is carried out at the customer’s risk, including paint correction, engine bay cleaning, or ceramic coating where certain risks apply. 
• If working on customer premises, REO Detailing will take reasonable care but cannot be held responsible for any incidental damage to driveways, garages, or surrounding areas due to water, chemicals, or equipment unless negligence is proven. 

We will exercise all reasonable care in handling your vehicle. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Paint failure or defects
• Water intrusion from worn seals
• Damage/Issues from aftermarket parts or modifications
• Pre-existing corrosion, chips, scratches, deteriorated paint, trims,materials  or loose parts  

Any claims must be made on the day of service before the vehicle leaves the premises.

Detailing results may vary based on the condition of the vehicle.

We do not guarantee 100% removal of all contaminants, scratches, or defects.

Ceramic coatings and PPF installations are subject to product-specific warranties and maintenance terms.

REO Detailing reserves the right to change pricing, service descriptions, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.  Any changes will be published on our website and apply immediately from the time of update.
